We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions:

Returns are accepted only if:

    • Product is unused, unworn, and undamaged

    • Product is in original packaging

    • Diamond certificate must be returned

    • All tags, invoices, and accessories are included

Any return that fails quality inspection will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable:

    • Customized jewellery

    • Engraved items

    • Products showing signs of wear or damage

Refund Process:

    • Refunds are processed after product quality verification

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

    • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
